The ideal candidate will be an employee champion and a leader of change. You will manage all general personnel functions that serve as a comprehensive HR program within the District’s Strategic Plan. You'll also be a key member of the administrative leadership team and District negotiations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative capacity, including working with certificated and classified personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of state credential requirements and procedures related to certificated personnel.
