San Carlos Charter Learning Center
San Carlos School District is the authorizer of the San Carlos Charter Learning Center (SCCLC). Part of the role of the authorizer is annual reviews and a renewal process when the term of the Charter expires. The current SCCLC charter expires on June 30, 2025. On September 24, 2024, SCCLC submitted a petition to renew the term of its charter for five years, through June 30, 2030.
The September 24, 2024 petition and responding staff report to the petition can be found below. The SCSD Governing Board will make their determination of renewal at the December 12, 2024 regular board meeting.
