Public Hearing Notice on Developer Fees - November 21

The Board of Education will consider a resolution at its regular meeting on November 21, 2024 to implement development fees established by the District against residential construction at $5.17 per square foot and against new commercial or industrial construction at $0.84 a square foot. Data pertaining to the cost of school facilities is available for inspection during regular business hours at the District’s administrative offices.
